Every year, deep inside a lush green jungle, animals gathered with great excitement to celebrate World Jungle Day. It wasn’t just a normal day—it was the most awaited festival of the year.

The jungle turned into a magical fair. There were colorful stalls, delicious food, fun rides, and joyful laughter everywhere. Animals from every corner of the jungle came together to enjoy, celebrate, and make memories.

Among all the stalls, one shop always stood out—Ballu the Bear’s sweet shop.

Ballu was not just rich, but also kind-hearted and hardworking. His shop was always crowded because of his mouth-watering honey cakes and jaggery candies.

“Step right up! Taste the sweetest treats in the jungle!” Ballu called out cheerfully.

And truly, animals couldn’t resist his sweets.

Not everyone was happy though.

Two mischievous monkeys, Jolly and Dolly, were watching everything from a distance.

“Look at Ballu,” Jolly whispered. “He’s earning so much money!”

Dolly frowned, “Yeah
and we have nothing. It’s not fair.”

Instead of thinking about working hard, they chose the wrong path.

“Let’s steal his money tonight,” Jolly said with a sly grin.

And just like that
 a bad plan was born.

Late at night, when the fair was silent, Jolly and Dolly quietly sneaked toward Ballu’s shop.

Inside, they spotted a big sack filled with money.

“Jackpot!” Jolly whispered excitedly.

But just as they stepped in

A deep, terrifying growl echoed in the darkness.

“Who’s there?”

It was Cheetu the Tiger, the jungle’s security guard.

Before they could escape, Cheetu leaped forward and blocked their path.

“Trying to steal, huh?” he growled.

The monkeys froze. Their plan had failed.

Cheetu took them straight to King Leo the Lion, the ruler of the jungle.

“Your Majesty,” Cheetu said, “I caught them stealing from Ballu’s shop.”

King Leo looked disappointed.

“Why would you do this?” he asked sternly.

Jolly lowered his head. “We were jealous
 we thought it wasn’t fair.”

King Leo sighed.

“Jealousy makes us forget what’s right. Instead of stealing, you should have worked hard like Ballu.”

Just then, Ballu himself arrived.

To everyone’s surprise, he said kindly,

“Your Majesty, they made a mistake
but they deserve a second chance. Let them work with me. I’ll teach them honesty and hard work.”

The monkeys were shocked—and grateful.

“Thank you, Ballu! We promise to change,” they said.

King Leo smiled, “Let this be a lesson—success comes from honesty, not shortcuts.”

From that day on, Jolly and Dolly started working at Ballu’s shop.

They learned how to make sweets, serve customers, and most importantly—earn honestly.

And guess what?

At the next Jungle Fair

They had their own stall!

“Come try our delicious snacks!” they called out proudly.

This time, their happiness was real—because it was earned.
