One sunny morning he found the biggest berry bush in the jungle. He filled both paws and grinned proudly.

Soon Mina the monkey and Titu the tortoise arrived. They had been helping birds build a nest and were very hungry. Leo turned away and said, 'These are mine.'

While walking back to his cave, Leo tripped over a root. Berries rolled down the path in every direction. Mina leaped from branch to branch, and Titu carefully collected the berries so none were wasted.

They returned the berries to Leo with warm smiles. Leo felt his cheeks grow hot. He realized that friends had helped him even when he had not been kind.

That evening, Leo invited everyone to a berry picnic. He learned that sharing made food taste sweeter and friendship feel stronger.
